管理。。。请原谅我之前没有放出教程。经测试 目前还是可以申请的

另告诉大家个秘诀。。。利用VPN申请，有美国服务器最好，申请账号时的资料尽量用真实的美国的资料。如果失败了就找客服，只要是成功申请激活第一个，以后你不管用不用代理申请都100%通过。。。我已经申请了12个了。。。晒晒我同一个账号下申请到的三个独立IP
