6. We would like to inform you that all of the servers that will not be turned back ONLINE after the initial shutdown will be TERMINATED next week.

只是发现闲置的VPS太多，要清理一下限制的VPS而已，让大家珍惜和活跃一下

意思是，你得登陆后台把VPS开机，否则VPS下周就会被删掉。亲测是这样的。
