those who have already registered a .ky domain name, there will be a six
month period during which they can register their 'previously registered' domain
name. After that period, any person not having registered their 'previously
registered' domain name will have that registration removed from the Registry
and others may then apply for that domain name.
还有一个就是，个人注册的域名必须up-to-date随时保持可联系。。。。
A domain name registered to a person who does not keep their contact details
up-to-date will be removed from the Registry and others may then apply to
register that domain name.
