支付宝续费会悲剧？[完结] 支付宝, 在线客服, understand, assistance, currently

昨天用支付宝费了一个域名。确认的EMAIL也收到了，但不见过期改变，先不管，过了一日，还不见过期日期改变。于是跑去问在线客服（支持的网址竟然会被重置？？要翻墙了）

2个小时后，回复：

Thank you for contacting Online Support. I understand you need assistance with your order. It appears there has been a delay in obtaining your order information from Alipay regarding this purchase, and it will take longer to fulfill the order.  We are currently working on resolving this issue with Alipay.  If we are unable to obtain the details of the order through Alipay, Alipay will issue you a refund.  It may take several days to conduct this research and process your order, but we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.


还是要等，失败就退钱。。。（为什么当初注册域名时马上就OK。。。）

等待后续。。。

后续在4楼，本次happy end，找客服问的时候记得把“RECEIPT NUMBER”也写上，让人家查问题也快点。

看来客服帮手跟进了，续期成功，希望对有类似问题的同学有帮助。
